The Red Cross Blood Service unsurprisingly needed more blood, but many traditional donor pools had already been tapped. We uncovered a strategic insight that one in five women require blood during pregnancy. Based on this, we launched a campaign targeting a completely new cohort, the partners of pregnant women, to help.
